This Proactive Selling System® one-day workshop is designed to increase the levels of your F&I Managers skills in the following areas – effective menu presentation, cash conversions, lease presentation, objection handling, forecasting and tracking (department and individual). Your managers will leave with a game plan to up their performance in these areas.
